Counselling is the opportunity to talk with a professional about the troubling obstacle(s) you have come across during your life.  Counselling can help you identifiy new opportunities and different options for dealing with your troubles. 

Counselling sessions with Janet are provided in a supportive, warm, calm and knowledgeable manner. 

Counselling sessions are available for individuals of all ages, couples and families. 

Session take place in-person or by telephone.

A wide variety of life matters can be discussed in counselling sessions including:

  • stress and burnout

  • emotional and mental health

Counselling session are typically planned for 1 hour.  Longer sessions may be recommended depending upon the matter or matters being discussed.
